Observation. In one classroom, Licensing Officer observed two staff providing care to a group of children however the two staff did not hold the required qualifications as per Schedule E.

Observation. Licensing Officer observed medication for a child with a life threatening allergy did not have a Request for Administration of Medication form on file.

Observation. Licensing Officer observed the following: -one diaper change mat appears to be stained, soiled and no longer easy to clean -two area rugs appear to be dirty, stained, soiled and no longer easy to clean -fabric on two arm chairs appears to be dirty, stained and no longer easy to clean

Observation. In the children's washroom, Licensing Officer observed the following: -two unsecured cupboards under the change table which are accessible to children. Cupboards contain stored items such as a bag of open potting soil, a tool kit and hand soap refills. -space in between and around the toilets is being used as a storage space for miscellaneous items which include stacked chairs, a step ladder, a wagon and cleaning equipment which poses a risk of harm

Observation. This issue of non-compliance remains outstanding. During today's visit, Licensing Officer observed materials and equipment have been added to the outdoor play space however the quantity added does not appear to be adequate to meet the needs of children.
