Licensing observed that the licensee has enrolled one to many children under 24 months and one too many under 48 months, which is concerning as it puts the children at risk of possible injury.

Licensing is concerned with the garbage and debris in the area outside the play area where parents/guardians walk to bring their child to the facility and children have access to the items, placing them at a risk of injury or harm.

Licensing observed a container of train tracks, with not enough track pieces to build a track for success or trains for the tracks. Puzzles with not all the pieces. Containers of a variety of miscellaneous toys lacking meaning to why they are together.

Observation. The outdoor space is enclosed with a variety of equipment, but it was observed that part of the fencing is broken / missing parts of the board. Also, it appears that there used to be a pop up tent of some sort, but all that is left is the small metal pieces of the support. These items could harm the children.
