First off, nobody asked me to write this review. I just wanted to thank Saki and her team for all their amazing work. What matters most to me is that my 3 year old daughter is safe, learning, and having fun. That is definitely the case at IKOKA. She loves the daily routine and activities too Even more impressive are the above and beyonds. From the amount of patience shown to each child, to the equipment, to adequate staffing per child, to healthy snacks -- I don't feel like any corners are ever cut. The highlight is using the Brightwheel App for continuous daily communication. That must take so much effort on their part in addition to the all childcare work and we parents are grateful for the images, videos, and messages sent every day

My daughter has been loving her time at IKOKA since she started. She comes home singing songs she learned at daycare and tells me all about her friends and teachers. They keep the kids engaged with a great mix of activities—circle time, singing, arts, outdoor play, and more. I really appreciate the real-time photo and video updates—it’s such a comfort to see how she’s doing throughout the day. The daily arts/crafts/sensory play projects are always creative and fun, and I’ve noticed how much they’re helping her express herself. It’s been amazing to see her grow socially and emotionally with the gentle support of the teachers. Saki and the whole team have created such a warm, safe, and fun environment where kids can learn and thrive. Their communication is excellent too—when we had an earthquake, they let us know right away that all the kids were safe. I highly recommend IKOKA to any parent looking for a caring and engaging daycare.
