    Observation. Licensing observed the Licensee works hard to keep a clean and virus free home, but at the same time while cleaning there are times when children are not adequately supervised, preventing from providing guidance to children when needed.

    The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

    Observation. Licensing observed heavy items that are stored on shelves and the refrigerator above 4 feet.

    The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

    Observation. Licensing observed an area in the yard where children had access to metal and wood materials and the garbage area. Licensing also observed in the garden area a variety of plants, some with thorns, which would be hazardous to ones touch.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed the children's files, 3 children's files required a Medical Insurance Plan number, 2 required Emergency contacts, 4 required Medical Practitioner/Doctor contact information.
