  Observation. Licensing reviewed children's records and attendance: - From January 2, 2025, it was observed 4 children under 36 months have been enrolled at the facility, which is a contravention to the category of care for Multi-Age Child Care.

  Furniture or equipment for sleeping is used by only one child at a time, is clean and comfortable, and is appropriate for the size, age and development of the children intended to use it. [CCLR Sec. 15(2)]

  Observation. Licensing observed sleeping mats placed next to each other with children's bedding touching, posing a risk of cross contamination.
