  All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]

  Observation. Licensing observed that some criminal record checks for individuals living in the home had recently expired. Additionally, Licensing noted that a support staff member in the program had completed a criminal record check through the RCMP. However, CCFL only accepts criminal record checks conducted through the Criminal Records Review Program. Since the inspection, the Licensee has informed Licensing that they have submitted applications to obtain new and valid criminal record checks for individuals residing in the household and working in the program.

  There is evidence of employees' continued compliance with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs. [CCLR Sec 21(1)]

  Observation. Licensing observed missing immunization status for one employee. Licensing will provide a staffing immunization template as a resource.

  Observation. Licensing observed that one child was missing a medical insurance plan number (care card number) on file. Obtain missing medical insurance plan number for one child in care and provide to Licensing.
