Observation. Licensing observed that the Licensee had four children younger than 48 months old registered as permitted. Of those four children, three children were younger than 24 months old and were present during inspection. No more than two children younger than 24 months old is permitted without having an exemption approved by Licensing as per Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. Submission of an exemption request is required for one of the three children younger than 24 months. Exemption forms will be provided to the Licensee by Licensing for approval.

Observation. At today's inspection the caregiver could not find the Emergency cards that are usually carried in the first aid kit/back pack when they go out.
