    Observation. Licensing observed documentation indicating the most recent fire drill recorded on December 17, 2025. The Manager confirmed to Licensing that the January fire drill was missed. Licensing observed that the last emergency drill on record was conducted on September 29, 2025. Licensing recommends conducting other emergency drills. While children in this age group may participate in earthquake drills at school, additional drills such as lockdown procedures, wild animal encounters, and other relevant emergency scenarios should also be practiced to ensure preparedness.

    Observation. issues remain in non-compliance. The facility manager informed that the family went in vacation on another province and have not returned. The manager stated that tried to contact the family and was unable to connect.

    Observation. LO noted: - one epi-pen was expired from November 2024 - one child with listed allergy and noted epi-pen on the care plan did not had a medication on site. Staff stated that parents provided only one epi-pen to be shared between two siblings listed with anaphylactic reaction. The medication available was expired. Children were not present at the time of the inspection.

    Observation. LO noted two care plans for anaphylactic reaction were note reviewed yearly.

    Observation. LO noted one staff had a CRC on file not obtained by the licensee;the CRC on file was not site specific and was obtained by a different facility.
