  Observation. There is a portion of the surfacing which needs to be repaired or replaced to reduce the risk of injury from falls. This was discussed today during the inspection of the outdoor space and the manager stated that new ground cover was being purchased and brought into the outdoor space within the coming weeks. Please send photos and email confirmation by the email date to ensure this is completed.

  Observation. Licensing observed a maintenance of equipment record was not kept. The manager explained that the yard where the children had access to had mushrooms growing in the space. It was explained that the new area where the children are accessing for outdoor play requires a log of the inspection.

  Observation. Licensing observed that an educators references were not included withing the employees file.

  Observation. Licensing observed two educaters files did not include the verifcation of the certification.
