Liquid hand soap and single use towels are not readily available at all hand wash sinks.
Observation. Comments from previous inspection report: LO observed that children were using towels hung up on hooks to dry their hands after handwashing. Staff stated that children use the towels for the day, and then they are laundered. We discussed that towels must be single use only. During today's inspection LOs observed that damp towels were hung on hooks with children's names on them. It appeared that towels were being used for children to dry their hands on after handwashing. This is a recurring issue and must be brought into compliance.

Observation. LOs observed that in several areas of the program, nap mats were stored leaning against and touching each other. LOs observed nap bedding stored in a pile on one of the tables in the main activity room.

Observation. LOs observed blue toy shelves in the nap room and main activity room that had chipped and peeling paint. LOs observed areas of the walls in the nap room and main activity room that were chipped and peeling.
