  A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant unless the person holds a certificate issued under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications], which must be verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry [CCLR Sec. 19(4)(a)]

  Observation. LO did not observe ECE certificate verification on file for manager and 2 staff.

  Observation. While reviewing staff files LO observed the following: • 1 staff did not have immunization status on file • 1 staff did not have a record of work history on file • The manager and 2 staff do not have criminal record checks issued to the facility
