A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].
Observation. Licensing Officer observed wood had been securely applied to gaps that were present and had measured approximately five inches between wooden posts and the glass perimeter fencing. These gaps posed as a possible entrapment hazard. On one side of a wooden post, Licensing Officer observed that there continues to be a gap which poses as an entrapment hazard.

Safe drinking water is available to all children in the licensee's care. [CCLR Sec. 48(5)]
Observation. During today's inspection, Licensing Officer inquired as to whether the cold water taps are flushed each morning so as to remove any lead sediment which may be present in the pipes due to the possible use of lead soldering or fittings. The Manager informed that she was not sure about whether this was occurring.
