A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Climbing dome located in the school ready playground did not have sufficient clearance around the equipment.
Corrective action. Ensure there is a 6ft clearance around all equipment.

Observation. I/T 3 classroom ratio not maintained. Licensing observed an ECEA working alone with 3 children.
Corrective action. Ensure staff to child ratio is maintained at all times.
