EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. - Two children's beddings are touching - Adhesive residue observed on two metal railings in the bathroom where the changing table is - Soap solution bottles are missing for both bathroom and kitchen/playroom
Corrective action. Manager will ensure that the environment provided for children is healthy and safe for children at all times.

RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.
Observation. Three children's files were reivewed and two of the files are missing children's photo. Manager explained that she is waiting for the parents to provide the photo.
Corrective action. Manager will ensure that all the children's files are complete.
