EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are (b) safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.
Observation. It was raining during today's inspection, there were some surfaces which could potentially be slippery when wet and be a slipping hazard: - Perimeter of the sandbox made of smooth wood -Landing of slide There were also some surfaces which may in future become slick if not regularly removed of algae. Please monitor the wood benches and bridge.
Corrective action. Please ensure facility is safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.
