A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. A phone charger was plugged into electric socket and it was accessible to children on a classroom counter.
Corrective action. Please ensure to provide a sage and healthy environment to children while in care.

A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Insufficient supplies in the emergency bin to survive 72 hours and inadequate systems to respond effectively and recover from the emergency.
Corrective action. Please ensure that an emergency plan and procedure is in place for 72 hours to response and recover from an emergency situation.
