    Observation. Staff working in the program at the time of the inspection did not have their certificate posted in the facility.

    Corrective action. Ensure all qualified educators certificates are posted in the facility.

    A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.

    Observation. One child's file did not have evidence of an emergency contact available.

    Corrective action. Ensure all children's registration files are complete including emergency contact.

    Observation. Staff files were reviewed and one staff working in the program on the day of the inspection did not have evidence of the ECEA certificate being validated.

    Corrective action. Ensure all staff files are complete including certificate validation through the ECE Registry.

    Observation. An outdoor slide structure was observed located against a fence posing a risk to the children playing on it. The LO reviewed this item with the staff at the time of the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure all outdoor equipment is free from hazards.
