    Observation. One staff did not have a criminal record check on file. This staff cannot be alone with the children until one is obtained.

    Corrective action. Ensure all staff have valid, facility specific, criminal record checks on file.

    Corrective action. Ensure to be in compliance with scedule E at all times with qualified staff in place as per your service type on your license.

    A licensee must supply equipment, furniture and supplies that are (a) of sturdy and safe construction, easy to clean and free from hazards.

    Observation. There were 2 plastic ride in cars in the backyard that were not in good repair.

    Corrective action. Ensure equipment and toys are in good repair and free from hazards.

    Observation. Upon arrival at the facility, it was nap time and there were 3 children in care with an ECE staff on site. There was no Infant and toddler qualified staff on site, however shortly after the inspection started this staff arrived after being notified that Licensing was on site. This is a repeat contravention and was coded at last years routine inspection as well.

    Corrective action. Ensure schedule E is being followed at all times which requires an infant/toddler staff to be on site at all times.
