Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (b) the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. The IT2 program does not have an Infant Toddler Educator between 8 and 9 AM.
Corrective action. An IT qualified must be present in an IT program at all times. The manager explained that there has been staffing shifts causing there to be no IT in the room during that period. She will shuffle staffing in order to ensure IT coverage at all times in both rooms.
