  Observation. Review of 7 children files observed 2 children were missing doctor's name and phone number on file.

  Corrective action. Manager said that they will remind the families to provide the name and contact for a medical practitioner.

  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. The facility has not documented practicing the emergency drill.

  Corrective action. Ensure to conduct, and record, a yearly emergency drill.

  The licensee must (b) review the care plan at least once each year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed numerous care plans during today's inspection. Many of these plans have not been reviewed with parents within the past year.

  Corrective action. Ensure that care plans are reviewed annually with parents to ensure the information included in the plans is accurate and up to date.
