Observation. Pair of scissors accessible to children on the shelf in the play room.
Corrective action. Licensee said that she will keep the scissors out of children reach.

A licensee must establish a program to instruct children in, and to practise the rules of, health and hygiene.
Observation. - Licensee is using single towel in the washroom for children to dry their hands. - Surfaces are sanitized with bleach without cleaning with soap. -Three sink method to be used to clean the dishes for children use when not using dishwasher.

Observation. Licensee is serving cheese pizza for lunch today. The pizza was purchased yesterday and it was not stored in the refrigerator over night.
Corrective action. Please ensure to follow the policies and procedure for safe food service.

Observation. Emergency supplies are not sufficient for the emergency evacuation plan.
Corrective action. Licensee will add items that are required to meet childrens' needs in the event of emergency evacuation to survive off site.
