- A licensee must (a) ensure that behavioural guidance is appropriate to the age and development of the child who is receiving the guidance.
Observation. A staff member used inappropriate behavioural guidance when they grabbed children's arms inappropriately on several occasions.
Corrective action. A written response is required to be submitted to licensing by June 20, 2025, on how the manager will ensure that all staff are following appropriate behavioural guidance practices with children in care.
