    Observation. The nap mats used by children are showing wear and tear with material exposed and not easy to clean.

    Corrective action. The Manager will address the mats that are in poor condition.

    Observation. -The ground covering in the under 36 months play space is in disrepair, showing signs of water damage and wear and tear. -A crib in the under 36 months nap room has chipping paint.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the ccfl and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair.
