    A licensee must ensure that the policies and procedures referred to in subsection (1) are implemented by employees.

    Observation. The facility has a procedure for washrooms outside of the classroom where children are accompanied by an adult. It was observed that the door to the hallway was open and children go by themselves.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the policy is implemented.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed four copies of care plans. None of the care plan has a date and parents signature on it to identify last date of review.

    Corrective action. Please ensure children files are complete.

    Observation. The fire extinguisher in the facility had and expired tag on it. LO reviewed this with the manager during the inspection.
