Observation. The children did not wash their hands prior to eating their snack outside. The manager had hand sanitizer available but not all of the children used it. • OR SUPERVISION

A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.

Observation. The manager is the only staff working in the program with the children. During the course of the inspection some of the children were inside the program using the facilities while some other children were outside the facility.
