  Observation. The name and phone number of an emergency contact is missing from one child's records. Ensure all required information is collected prior to a child starting. Submit by April 23, 2026, confirmation that each child has a name and phone number for an emergency contact.

  Observation. The daily play space safety check record/log has not been completed since July 22nd, 2024.

  Observation. The kitchen cupboard was unlocked making dishwasher pods and other cleaning products accessible to children. This was corrected during the inspection.

• C3.2 - Are persons qualified and appropriately replaced?Critical

  Observation. Employee files were reviewed, some files were missing confirmation that the employee’s certificate to practice had been validated.

  Observation. The arrival times do not accurately reflect the time children arrive into care at each school pick up location, rather it reflects the time all children arrive at the facility. One school-aged child was collected from school and taken to the childcare centre next door; this child was not signed in or out of the school age care attendance records. Child "emergency cards" were not taken on the bus while children are being collected from school. Child "emergency cards" were reviewed, some children did not have a digital image and others had outdated images. A child with supported care does not have a care plan.
