    Observation. One care program had not practiced the fire drill for the months of January, February, and no record was available for March. All employees must practice the fire drill monthly to ensure they are able to safely evacuate children in an emergency. Submit by May 01, 2025, written confirmation that all employees have practiced implementing the fire drill. The emergency plan had not been practiced in the last 12 months. All employees must practice the emergency plan annually to ensure they are able to safely respond to an emergency.     Observation. During the inspection it was confirmed that children from the Preschool and 30 month-School Age care programs use the fixed climber that is over 1.5 meters in height. This poses a risk to younger children due to the fall height. Submit by May 01, 2025, written confirmation that children who are not school aged, will no longer be able to access the climber that is over 1.5 meters. Pea gravel is used as resilient surfacing under the fixed climber. The depth of the pea gravel is insufficient for the height of the climber. This poses a risk to children due to the lack of resilient surfacing. Submit by May 01, 2025, written confirmation and evidence that there is sufficient resilient surfacing under the fixed climber.
