Observation. Some employees have RCMP Criminal Record Checks (CRC) on file, rather than the required CRC completed through the Criminal Record Review Program (CRRP). The Licensee confirmed that no staff hold a valid CRC completed through the CRRP. Two casual employees do not have employee files, and several other employees have missing records, including reference checks, work history, certifications, and immunization status. Ensure all required employee records are collected prior to any individual commencing work with children. Observation. The name and phone number of a medical practitioner is missing from one child's records. Complete and up-to-date records must be maintained for each child. Written consent must be provided for employees to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in the case of an accident or illness if the parent cannot be immediately reached.
