A person must not be employed unless the licensee has obtained the required records to ensure the person is safe and suitable to work with children. Submit by November 13, 2025, evidence that the record is complete for character references and how you will come into compliance for the criminal record check renewals. The fire drill system was not practiced in the months of April and October 2025. Practicing the fire drill system a least once each month ensure employees know what is expected of them in the event of a fire emergency. Submit by November 13, 2025, how you will ensure fire drill are practiced at least once each month. There is no evidence indicating the employees have practiced the emergency plan in the last year. Practicing the plan at least once each year ensures employees know what is expected of them in the event of an emergency. Submit by November 13, 2025, evidence that each employee has implemented the emergency plan.
