Observation. One employee record does not contain character references. A person must not be employed unless the licensee has obtained the required records to ensure the person is safe and suitable to work with children. Submit by February 5, 2026, evidence that the record is complete for character references. The fire drill system was not practiced in September 2025. Practicing the fire drill system a least once each month ensure employees know what is expected of them in the event of a fire emergency. One record is missing consent from a parent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance. The Licensee is required to ensure children's records are complete to ensure the health and safety of the children in care in the event of an emergency. Submit by February 5, 2026, evidence that the children's records are complete with current information. One child has a care plan, however, the plan does not contain evidence that it was developed in consultation with the parent. A care plan for each child requiring extra support is required to be developed in consultation with the parent and any person requested by the parent for the health and safety of the child while in care. Submit by February 5, 2026, evidence the care plan has been developed in consultation with the parent as required.
