• C3.2 - Are persons qualified and appropriately replaced?Critical

  Observation. There is no evidence that the employee certificates have been verified by the director of the early childhood educator registry. Verification of certificates ensures that employees are qualified with the training necessary to care for children. Submit by November 13, 2025, evidence that the certificates have been verified.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Children's records are incomplete. Two records are missing medical insurance plan numbers, one is missing immunization status, and one child does not have a record containing any identifying personal information. Complete records are required for the health and safety of the child. Submit by November 13, 2025, evidence that the records are complete. All children's records do not contain identifying physical characteristics. Physical characteristics of a child can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency. Submit by November 13, 2025, evidence that all children's records contain the required information.

• C6.1 - Are acceptable hygiene practices maintained?Non-critical

  Observation. Children are not using single-use hand towels after washing their hands. To prevent the spread of germs and maintain proper hand hygiene, single-use hand towels must be provided and used by children after handwashing. This was corrected during the inspection.

• C10.2 - Are children supervised, and are employee to children ratios maintained?Critical

  Observation. Unrelated to the complaint allegations, the complainant disclosed their child's date of birth. It was determined at the time of enrollment the child did not meet the minimum age requirement for the program type offered. In accordance with the Child Care Licensing Regulation, children must meet the age requirements specific to each program type to ensure that programming is developmentally appropriate. A response is required by November 7, 2025, that outlines how you will ensure when enrolling children in the program the age requirements are met.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. It was alleged that the facility is using an alternative to bleach for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces that does not have a required drug identification number. The Licensee confirmed the cleaner is used on all surfaces and submitted a photo of the cleaner confirming it does not have a drug identification number. This allegation is substantiated. A response is required by November 4, 2025, that outlines how the licensee will ensure the facility is cleaned and sanitized with appropriate products.
