Observation. During today's inspection, Licensing Officer observed that children's nap cots were stacked on top of one another with the children's bedding remaining between the cots. This issue of non-compliance remains outstanding.

Observation. Licensing Officer observed medication for a child to be administered by staff did not have a Request for Administration of Medication form on file. In addition, the medication did not have a label which includes the name of the child, name of the medication, prescription number, dosage and time to be administered and the expiry date.

Observation. Top of the landing on the upper level of the facility, Licensing Officer observed 4 yellow non-slip tiles appear to be lifting which poses a tripping hazard.
