  Observation. LO observed that an ECE certificate was not prominently displayed in the facility for 1 staff.

  Observation. LO observed the following: -immunization status has not been obtained for 1 staff -record for the practicum student was not available for review

  Observation. LO observed 8 children's records in which the parent(s) have listed themselves as the emergency contact.

  Observation. LO reviewed all staff records and observed the following: -immunization status has not been obtained for 1 staff -criminal record check on file for 1 staff is addressed to a Community College

[CCLR Sec. 19(1)(d)]; Records of staff's work histories have not been obtained. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)(c)]; Criminal record checks have not been obtained. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO did not observe documentation for two staff on site. LO observed that one staff had a criminal record check on file that was not issued to the facility.
