Observation. Licensing observed both the 30 Month to School Age program and the Under 36 Month program were sharing the outdoor play area at the same time. Licensing is concerned there is a safety risk for children due to the children's various ages, abilities and level of development using the space at the same time.

Observation. Licensing observed the fire extinguisher servicing has expired.

Observation. Licensing observed while outside the children were not provided with enough activities for the capacity of children in care that is designed for the development and care of children and is appropriate for their age and development.

Observation. When LO arrived at facility, 26 children were observed in the front room, Manager stated it was due to the lunch transition and that the additional child was doing gradual entry. Discussion took place with manager with regards to not exceeding the capacity outlined on the facility licence.

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. LO observed a garbage can in the children's washroom was missing the foot pedal and in poor repair
