    Observation. In the children's washroom, LO observed 1 toilet paper dispenser is held together with duct tape.

    Observation. LOs observed that the depth of the woodchips under the climber did not appear to provide adequate protective surfacing.

    Observation. LO observed the following: - One child's records stated that they had an allergy requiring an EpiPen; however, an EpiPen was not on site. - One child's records stated that they have an allergy causing itchiness; however, the course of action to take during an allergic reaction is not kept. The manager stated that both children no longer have allergies and their records have not been updated.

    Children are provided with a comprehensive and coordinated program of indoor and outdoor activities that is designed for the development and care of the children, and is appropriate for the age and development of the children. [CCLR Sec. 44(1)(a)(b)(c) and Schedule(G)]

    Observation. LO observed that at 11:30 am children who had finished lunch transitioned to their beds for the nap routine. The manager explained that children including those who do not nap, will remain on their beds until they fall asleep or until 1:00pm. It was discussed that it is not appropriate for children who are not sleeping to be required to stay on their beds for 90 minutes.
