    Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on previous Routine Inspections dated April 2, 2025 and December 5, 2024: - April 2, 2025: Due to issues with the Managers lap top, no access to immunization status is available. There is also one child on site with limited information. - December 5, 2024: Of the files reviewed, most contain the required items, with the exception of immunization status. The Licensee contact stated that they are handed in when children are enrolled, and can be printed off or accessed through a spread sheet. She will assist the manager to ensure it is accessible at the facility. There were also two files reviewed that have either limited information and no emergency contact information. During today's routine inspection, LO reviewed all children's records: - 2 children did not have registration records - 1 child did not have written parental consent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance - 1 child had limited information Discussion took place to ensure all children's records are updated and show all the information required.

    Observation. The manager was able to share paper copies of staff files and stated that the validations were completed the same day as the inspection. But, there was still one staff missing immunization status and the second staff had a CRC that was not obtained by this facility or through the sharing program at CRC.

    Staff are trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and the emergency plan, including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(a)]

    Observation. There are two fire extinguishers on site, both have a tag that shows they are past due to be inspected. Manager will contact the school (as they are on school grounds) to confirm inspection.
