  Observation. Licensing observed an adult‑sized rake was stored in an accessible area, creating a potential safety hazard for children.

  Observation. During today's visit, LO observed that a criminal record check has been obtained for 1 Behaviour Consultant the issue remains outstanding.

  Medications that staff have agreed to administer are readily accessible to staff and are administered in the correct dosage at the correct times. [CCLR Sec. 53(1)]

  Observation. LO observed prescription medication for a child to be administered did not have a Request for Administration of Medication form completed

  Observation. LO observed no care plan for a child with asthma

  Observation. LO reviewed the Child Care Staff List and observed that there was no documentation available to review for 1 staff.
