  Observation. The nap mats available appear clean, but they do have their sheets on, which are touching one another and the bottom of the mats (that is on the floor), this could cause spreading of germs or dirt and can increase cross contamination.

  Observation. LO observed that the counter in the bathroom (under the sink) has a safety latch that is unhooked, the gate that separates the home from the group centre was open, and that there is bleach cleaner accessible under the sink in the kitchen.
