  Observation. Licensing reviewed a sampling of children's record. It was observed that some children were missing: - date of enrolment in the community care facility - medical practitioner contact information

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that one staff: - was missing character references - did not have documentation to support their certificate was verified using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry

  Children in Preschool are in care for more than 4 hours each day. [CCLR Sec. 40(2)]

  Observation. After outside time, the morning Preschool program returned to the room for pick up time. LO observed that 4 children were having lunch. When asked about the children's hours in care, the Licensee / Manager stated that they stay all day, as they were told as long as the child leaves and returns to a new program, is it okay. They went on to explain that they take the children out after lunch, and begin a new program in the afternoon.
