  Observation. Children's files were completed, with only a few having the parent as the emergency contact, instead of the contact information for the parent AND emergency contact.

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. Due to process of staff files being kept at head office, LO was unable to review files. LO was informed that a link to staff files could be sent. None was received by time of this report being completed.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed 2 stepping stools in the bathroom that appeared to have visible stains and dirt.

  Observation. Licensing observed one child had a seizure care plan however there was no information on how to address the needs of the child in the event the child had a seizure.
