  Observation. While there are various care plans in place, discussion with staff on how they show their compliance with the care plans and how they are updated to note any changes. Such as - a child who parents stated no longer requires an Epi Pen, where is this noted, dated and signed? - for behaviour care plan are staff including their notes or additional information observed in the room. How do they document what is working and areas that may require work

  Observation. There were a few children who have their parent as the emergency contact instead of in addition to.

  Observation. Licensing observed limited outdoor materials and activities that are designed for the development and care of children.

  Maintenance of Equipment: A log is kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs. [Director of Licensing Standard of Practice - Safe Play Space]

  Observation. Licensing observed a log of outdoor inspections, maintenance and repairs were not conducted for the month of December.
