  Observation. LOs observed that there is only 1 qualified Infant Toddler Educator working in the program. Manager confirmed that the educator works a 9 am - 5:30 pm shift, therefore the program does not have an ITE on site from opening at 7 am until 9 am.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. LOs observed a rubber playmat on the floor that appeared soiled and had several holes poked in it. The playmat is no longer easy to clean and in good repair.

  Observation. LOs observed that several of the children's nap mats have been repaired using duct tape on the corners, posing a challenge to clean/disinfect.

  Observation. In all areas of the facility, LO observed chipped and worn paint on the walls. These areas are no longer easy to clean and in good repair.
