  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that a record of staff's work histories has not been obtained for 1 staff.

  Observation. LOs observed that a child in care with asthma did not have their inhaler on site.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. LOs observed a couch in the classroom with ripped and fraying fabric. The couch is no longer easy to clean and in good repair.

  Observation. LOs observed that several of the children's nap mats have been repaired using duct tape on the corners, posing a challenge to clean/disinfect.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. In all areas of the facility LO observed holes in walls, chipped and worn paint including the base boards. In addition the flooring in the children's washroom is chipped and peeling. These areas are no longer easy to clean and in good repair.

  Observation. In the children's washroom LO observed cleaning supplies accessible by children including 2 toilet bowl brushes and a plunger next to the toilet
