Observation. In the classroom space, LO observed chipped and worn paint on two of the children's toy shelving units making it difficult to clean.

Observation. LO observed the following: - While there were some large structures including a bridge and playhouses in the outdoor space, there did not appear to be an adequate amount of activities or play equipment set up to provide a comprehensive and coordinated program - Only a toy dump truck, lawn mower, wheel barrow and some chalk was observed for a group of 15 children
