  Observation. Licensing audited three children's files and observed one child's file did not have a telephone number for a medical practitioner and one child's file did not have a name and telephone number for a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure a name and telephone number of a medical practitioner is obtained.

  Observation. Licensing observed the program had not completed their monthly fire drills.
