    Observation. Licensing observed the Licensee had not developed an emergency plan for the program. The Licensee stated she plans to do some research in purchasing an emergency kit for the program.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: A child requires their medical service plan number. A child requires their immunization status A child requires a medical partitioner contact number Each child is required to have a current photograph or digital image that can be used in an emergency.
