Licensing reviewed children's records: - 1 was missing a start date - 3 were missing medical insurance plan numbers - 3 were missing emergency contact information - 5 were missing medical practitioner contact information Licensing observed some attendance records did not capture departure times

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. LO observed: - 1 staff did not have a criminal record check - 2 staff did not have documentation to support their certificate was verified using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry

  Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

  Observation. Manager stated fire drills and emergency drills are not being practiced.
