  Observation. Licensing observed: - several glass bottles accessible to children in the outdoor play space - a large rectangular framed painting leaning against the fence. The painting is not attached to the fence posing a risk if it were to fall onto children.

Licensing observed: - 1 staff did not have a record of work history - 1 staff did not have documentation to support their certificate was verified using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry. - 2 staff had criminal record checks from other organizations.
