Observation. LO observed that a child with an asthma emergency action plan did not have the appropriate medication onsite to administer in the event of an emergency. Manager stated that the medication had expired and the parent took it home. Discussion took place with the manager and facility staff with regards to having the medication onsite while the child is in care.
