    Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the previous Routine Inspection dated April 23, 2026. - Licensing observed the facility does not have an emergency plan in place. During today's visit: - Licensing observed that emergency supplies, including food and water, appear to be inadequate to meet the needs of the number of children and staff in care in the event of an emergency.

Licensing observed the following indoors: - Cleaning supplies were accessible to children. - Heat vent covers were unsecured and could be easily lifted. - Toilet bowl cleaner stored in the bathroom was accessible to children. - The storage room door was unlocked and accessible to children. Licensing observed the following outdoors: - The shed door was partially broken on one side, causing the door to lean inward. - The damaged side of the shed door had sharp edges that were accessible to children
