The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. Recurring: August 12, 2022 - there area shelving units that are climbable, and stacked, but they are not secured to the wall and therefore could be a hazard to a child. August 8, 2023 - LO observed that there are two areas with shelving that is sitting unsecured on shelving unit.

Observation. August 4, 2021 - LO observed a container of cleaning wipes and a spray bottle of bleach were accessible to children in the washroom. August 8, 2023 - LO observed cleaning wipe (2 types - one for surfaces and one for floors) on the back of the toilet, accessible to children in the washroom. There was also a toothbrush sitting on the counter in this space.
